Compared to other fruits, you need to cut up star fruits to eat them conveniently, but they are incredibly refreshing, especially when chilled.

Celery- celery and peanut butter are a classic after-lunch snack. With about 90% of water content, you get 3.5 ounces of water from a cup of celery. It is especially high in dietary fibre that can improve your digestion process. You may also get minerals, vitamins, flavonoids, and antioxidants from celery stalks.
